Subject: Today's Movement Mission & Calories In vs. Calories Out (vs. Diet Pills):

CALORIES IN VS. CALORIES OUT (VS. DIET PILLS):
Americans spend $14 BILLION per year of their hard earned money on diet pills. If you are currently using or considering using diet pills, I would like you to reconsider your approach as I want you to be safe and stay healthy and I want to help you lose weight and keep it for good.

Diet pills are not regulated by the FDA, which means you do not really know whether they are safe and/or if the claims being made are accurate.

When it comes to weight loss and weight maintenance, it all comes down to calories burned vs. calories consumed. When you burn 3,500 more calories than you consume, than you lose 1 pound. So if you can burn 500 more calories per day more than you consume, than you should lose 1 pound per week or 52 pounds in 1 year.

I want everyone reading this to really think about how much more healthy it is to approach weight loss from the standpoint of pushing up your metabolism (through exercise and most importantly interval workouts) and watching your portion sizes. You don't need to spend your money on diet pills, but you do need to invest your time in moving every day.

Lets focus on you being active and watching your portion sizes. Being active has so many benefits (forget about your weight for a second) that are worth every minute of time invested: increased energy, improved self-esteem and being an example of health to your kids - just to name a few. So instead of investing in diet pills, invest in yourself by moving, not skipping meals, not having seconds, staying positive and NOT MAKING EXCUSES. Your wellness journey will be a lot safer, more fun and most likely a lot more effective.

Have a great No Excuses Workout and please remember, ANY MOVEMENT IS POSITIVE FOR YOUR HEALTH - SO MAKE IT HAPPEN AND BE PROUD OF YOURSELF!

Please remember these important keys to success:
- Take Baby Steps
- Avoid Making Excuses
- STAY POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Be Proud of Yourself when you are done exercising
- HAVE FUN!

Take care ladies,
Jonathan
