Our Monthly Focus - Moving in May

It's May and that means it's time to get Moving in May. Each May, we practice the habit of getting our bodies doing a few minutes of loving movement each day. This could be walking, running, dancing, etc. Whatever you do, make it fun and we'll get the job done! Here's some great info to help you get started.

In honor of our habit for May we will be taking a walking tour of the world. We are so excited about this tour - we plan to visit all of the countries where we have Flybabies!! We will start in FlyLady's hometown of Brevard, NC and will move around the World!! Where we go first is a surprise, you will have to move and post your minutes to get your hints and keep checking. There is a catch! You only get to see the hints and the places we have been when you post your minutes! If you have health limitations - just sitting and using your light arm weights will count as exercise! We just want everyone to add a small amount of movement to their routines every single day!
To make this journey happen we really need you to use your timers. You will go and post your minutes moved on our
Minute meter and we will give you hints of where we are going. Once we reach our destination you will get to have fun facts and information as though you were a tourist. We will keep a map of all the places we have gone to along the way.
