The Fine Print

  1. Is this a Gift that you need shipped DIRECTLY to a friend or family member? Enter their shipping information on the checkout page.

  2. North Carolina Orders: 7.75% State Sales Tax is added to North Carolina residents.

  3. US Orders will be shipped via the US postal Service unless it weighs more than 2 pounds. Shipments over 2 pounds will be shipped via UPS Ground. P.O. Box orders will be shipped via USPS, and may require additional postage due than what is automatically calculated via the shopping cart. If you do not have a mail receptacle or have trouble with your postal carrier, you can request the shipment to be made via UPS in the note section of your order. In the alternative, you can email Orders@FlyLady.net as soon as your order is complete.

  4. International orders (outside of the U.S.) will be sent via U.S. mail. Customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty, and customs charges. Your local government determines duty and customs charges.
