Dear Friends,
Here is the list of the daily reminders that I send out on
FLY-Minders. You can put this in your Daily Routine section. Copy and
paste it into a document. Edit the times so you they fit your schedule
and family. Use this as a check list, to keep you on track. I want
you to FLY!

- 8:45am: WHERE ARE YOUR SHOES?
- 9:00am: WHAT'S FOR SUPPER???
- 9:15am: HOT SPOT FIRE DRILL
- 10:00am: BREAK TIME IS AS IMPORTANT AS WORK TIME
- 10:45am: DO YOU HAVE ANY BILLS THAT NEED TO BE PAID TODAY?
- 11:00am: WATER BREAK:HAVE YOU HAD ANY TODAY?
- 1:30pm: OH LAUNDRY? WHERE ARE YOU?
- 2:30pm: TAKE A TIME OUT!
- 3:45pm: 5 MINUTE ROOM RESCUE!
- 6:00pm: START YOUR BEFORE BED ROUTINE AFTER DINNER
- 7:00pm: DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR LAUNDRY IS?
- 9:15pm: HOT SPOT FIRE DRILL
- 10:00pm: GO SHINE YOUR SINK!
